Feebz decided to drag me to Market Place again on the 24th of October ‘09. It was also the same day I went for the Hari Raya Open House. You could imagine how tired I was but I needed a break out anyways – y not party the whole way through isn’t it?! Tim, Feebz n Jansen felt the same too. So, shoosh we went to MP to club our nite away!

Lets just say this is a day I’d not regret dragging myself over there. I was surprised by people continuously that I lost count of everything. My first surprise was Caspar (my Pakistani friend) was in the club waiting for my arrival. N then, Alex (from Taiwan) and Mike (from Penang) turned up – bringing a hunk from Singapore named Jonathan (he’s straight too). Followed by the arrival of Marcus and Andrew. Tythus surprised me with his bald head (oh yeah baby…he turned bald again!!) and Takayasu-san decided to pop-in after nearly a month of not seeing him. Finally… it was also Derek’s bday!! Eppi B’day Daddy Derek!!

Clubbing @ MP on 24 Oct

CEM @ MP (24 Oct 09) copy

It’s a clubbin’ day that I wouldn’t forget. A whole group of great friends, bunch of laughter n smiles, loads of gossiping and catching up to be done and most of all, the company that never stops making me grin from one ear to the other. There’s never a dull moment in MP! ^^

Received a message in facebook bout a month odds ago with regards to an invitation for a Hari Raya gathering. Aznin decided to have a mini-gathering over her place . After sorting my schedule out, I decided to go for the gathering bringing my darling part-time bf with me, Timmy.

Azira picked us up to Aznin’s place as my car’s road tax have yet to be settled. We were the 3rd ones there as Albert and Fazri was there earlier. Among food being served are lontong, asam laksa, grilled chicken and potato salad. I unfortunately did not take any pictures of the food. However, the food was superb. Azira had 3 plates, Tim had 4 and I had a plate of dishes with a bowl of laksa. *YUM*

Aznin's Open House

Among those that was invited were Albert, Fazri (Daddy), Trent, Azira, Syefri (duh~!) and Aiman. Had our fun chatting bout games, life, work and etc. Its great to just be back with some friends after 5-7 years missing from the scene. Guess some things are meant to stay after all ^^.

Later in the evening, Tim, Azira and I went to Aiman’s place as Azira wanted to upload some shows into her lappy. Tim and I was too tired that we fell asleep on his bed while the other two were talking and catching up. We continued our ‘dinner’ in Popeye’s in TTDI, chilling and chatting until 8pm before we all left for our next itinerary. Tim and I continued our journey to MP, Azira with her studying for the law exams and Aiman n his dating with gals. Its a fruitful day I’ve gotta say.

PS: Think this is my ONLY open house of the year for Hari Raya ‘09. *sighs*

D lazy me as usual was awake bout 11am yesterday when I received a facebook message from my lovely girl, Archana a.k.a Archie. A last minute invitation to her place for lunch to celebrate her festival, Diwali/Deepavali (celebrated by the Hindus) – Its basically the celebration of lights. For those that wanna know more bout this celebration, please refer to wikipedia or google search them for further information.

As I haven’t seen her for ages, I called Tim to join me along to her place. We dropped by Caltex @ Sunway along the way to pump petrol and air for my baby tyre. My sweet lil brother decided to be nice, as he helped me to pump the air while eating his Sneakers Chocolate Bar along the way. Weird fella, I’d to say. LOL.

We arrived bout 3pm, just as Celina and her sister + mum was leaving. Such luck. Well, one go and the other come I guess =P. Talked for a lil; her hair’s curled too!! hehe… now its time for Archie to curl her hair next =P. Archie’s mum made a scrumptious lunch I’d to say. Simple home cook food, but its extremely ultimately delicious. I personally had 2 plates of rice and Tim had 3 (or maybe more..??). The dishes served was Ghee Rice with Raisins (which i happily passed to Tim), Sambal Mutton (who would have thought that…??!), Indian Chicken Curry and Cucumber Acar. Yummie!!!

Everything was perfect. The food, the company and most of my, my son – Veer. Oh yea… I had trouble letting the dog go. I’ll just carry it around, play with him and if I could, guess I would even kiss the lil fella. So cute and adorable.

Thanx baby for inviting me for lunch. Can’t wait for next year =P! hahaha…

An incident early January this year have change my life tremendously and gave me my new world of socializing. It happened when our plans of clubbing was cancelled due to a night visit I was supposed to attend .  As Feebz failed to get back to me and a friend told me he’ll be in KL clubbing at Market Place (MP), the rest immediately took the opportunity to give him a surprise with my attendance.

The experience a blast. The music was not that good but the whole atmosphere and people got me in-tuned to the club. It was then my main spot for releasing stress and just enjoying a day of my life each week. As the days goes by, MP was my only clubbing spot and every week I’ll be introduced to new people. My circle of friends from just 10 ends up with easily close to a hundred. Best of it all…its growing every single day.

I have not taken any pictures of the club but I’ll do it soon. Just gotta show you how’s it like here. The club is basically divided into 2 floors; of which, the ground floor is the club, where else the upper floor is an open bar (and out in the balcony with the view of the twin towers. You can choose to club with the music, or socialize upstairs with the friendly people all around.

The past 2-3 weeks had been crazy, insane…n busy busy busy! Most of my time spent were on my freelance work, my ‘bf’ traveling from Cheras to Subang, and not forgetting my friends from all around choosing to come to KL all about the same period of time.

Had Jason (JJ) all the way from Penang, baby Nix from Penang and baby Nazs also from Penang. Other than that…had Ai Wan traveling from US to KL. Sadly though…i spent one day with JJ, none with Nix, 6 Days 5 Nights with baby Nazs and bout 4 days with Ai Wan. Had a rough time, as i was juggling my health with the amount of friends traveling to KL at the same period of time…missing the chance to hang much with JJ and Nix (sorry guys).

Baby Naz, originated from Johor Bharu (JB) but currently working in Penang took several days off to travel to KL for a short break from work. The horrifyin’ thing about it was that he and his housemate got robbed the mornin’ he was to travel to KL. He lost his handphone, stacks of cash (unknown amount)…and to make matters worse, his laptop hard disk was dysfunctional in KL, costing him over RM300 to be replaced back in Penang. Damn..such bad luck he had during the month of June :( ~

The incident though did not change the amount of fun he had in KL. Picked him up from the LCCT Airport bout close to 12am on Friday (22nd June 2007) with Feebz n Jay tagging along. The same night, Jack and Rawlins came to give him a welcome visit in TjBistro (our mamak hangout) and the whole bunch of us ended up with ghost stories and such. The next day, we went dinner in Baan26 and continued with clubbing in Liquid. Those that joined us was Nik, Rawlins, John, Jack, Simon (Cymon), and Isabel. N our final destination was Lost World (Gay seekin’ area) in Cheras. The rest of the days were simple, as the two of us spent most of our times with the rest of the gang endlessly.

baby naz & baby elena

As Kelvin was sick..he only got to meet Naz on Tuesday…together with the J club members, Jack, John, Jimmy, Jelena (Elena – Me), Jormal (Kelvin), Jawlins (Rawlins) and Jaz (Naz). We had steamboat @ Yuen Steamboat in Mentari, followed by our usual mamak in TjBistro, joined by Jay, Jason and Jeebz (Feebz).

On Wed mornin’…Ai Wan, John, Feebz and I travelled to LCCT with Naz to send him off. His flight was at 1.30pm..and as usual, we were there 10 mins after the counter’s close time. Luckily, the assistant counter guy was there to assist him at the counter and everything went on smoothly.

As for Ai Wan now..she’s in Ipoh rotting there. Can’t wait for her to get back to KL. Will show u guys the pics of her later. =)~

PS: Travelled to Sepang, LCCT twice n KLIA once in less than a week. I’m sick of that place. LOL!!!

Love comes in various ways of different styles. Most of the time we accept and embraced this, but how often do we sit back and think of the times we’ve been loved, cared and treasure or appreciate those around us? Ever thought that u’ll lose someone u love, u care for…n then realised u never had the chance to say goodbye? or even spill what you thought bout them?

Friendships had always been one of my main priority in my life, as my friends were there for me through ups n downs…through times i never thought it was possible to live any longer…n times i was about to give up hope. They’ll sit with me to cry, to laugh, to smile, to talk, and even times when there’s just silence n everyone still understand the ’silent conversation’ through the body language, and the eye contact. It does feels like everyone’s on the same frequency…

Friendship copy

There’re times when we argued…we tend to get annoyed with one another…other times we’ll just avoid one another…but at the end of the day, there’s this understanding that comes along with it. The true form of friendship…just being in the company of the other. Smiling n laughing…sharing things out…learnin’ about one another, and accepting them as who they are, not plannin’ to influence or change them to someone else, nor expecting anything from them.

Life is a bliss, as friendship blooms, n strengthen the relationships of different individuals being placed together. Each of us having different experiences, and each of us handling it in our own way. Whichever it is, there’s one thing that would not change…that is…every night when u reach home, u’ll always know that there’s someone out there that misses u each night, cares for u every second of ur day…and loves u more than u can imagine. Who said a boyfriend/partner is the only one that can do so??

So, to all my friends, thanx for being there for me, through all my rough days. I know some of u guys are severely injured by the mistakes I’ve done and the amount of times i’ve been avoiding u…i’m glad that i’ve passed the first stage of my life that i’ve been struggling for the last 13 years of my life. ^^ i love ya’ll

There’s always a certain time of life when you just wish you could turn back time; going back to the nostalgic happenings in your life; maybe even making a change…and realizing the past will stay as the past after all. There’s no use regretting in life, just learn from every mistake you’ve made and hope not to repeat it.

Big Bro Criz tagged me yesterday…to write basically about the time when i was 18 years old.

Sunset

The rules goes as this…

(copied from Criz’s blog)

THE RULES:
1. Go to www.popculturemadness.com
2. Select the year you turned 18 (type the year in the google search)
3. Get all nostalgic over the songs of the year
4. Write about it
5 . Pass this tag onto 5 others

Oh well, today’s post is not about regrets and sorrows but its about going back to the time when i’m 18; n the songs produced of the year. As most of you would’ve known by now, i’m EXTREMELY terrible in the music industry…and i remembered how i made a fool out of myself (and Feebz) in front of the public in regards to the case of “Too Phat” @ Sunway Pyramid. Ahhh…those memories that Feebz never stopped reminding everyone!! LOLx…!!!

(update for 23 February 2007)

One of the subjects in the Jan 05, Diploma in Conventions & Event Management intake is the Exhibition Operations module. This apparently was our last event task prior to graduation. The first day of this subject, we were given a task; that was to develop 3 different booth designs for our client, Generating Opportunities of Learning Disables (GOLD) of SMK Bandar Sunway.

The whole team of 9 students; Aliah Jamin, Aira Yaziz, Daniel Lee, Elena Tong (me), Ng Sin Hue, MD Alif, Sylvia Chua, Wong Chui-San and Wong Ming Yi then teamed up together then had a meeting with our clients to know their requirements of the booth and brainstormed together to develop various concepts.

Little did we know, we were to organize a press conference with 5 judges from GOLD; of which the selection of the booth design would be decided there n then. Adding to that, the client have all the rights to reject all the designs at the press conference and if so, we basically failed our module or which marks will only be accumulated from the day the design is selected up-to the postmortem date.
